DESCRIPTION:This 2017 Pulitzer Prize winning opera\, Angel’s Bone\, by Chinese-American Composer Du Yun and Canadian Librettist Royce Vavrek\, is a newly-imagined and all-Canadian production debuting at IndieFest 2022. Addressing the trafficking and exploitation of youth in local communities\, the story paints a picture of the realities of human trafficking\, it also depicts the resilience of survivors and the journey of reclaiming one’s power.
